Paris: French police on Wednesday arrested a man suspected to be involved in the knife attack on a soldier in Paris on Saturday, according to BBC.
The suspect was traced “thanks to the evidence left at the site of the attack,” Interior Minister Manuel Valls said.
Investigation sources said that the suspect has been a follower of radical Islam for three or four years.
The man was captured in the security cameras at the crime site and was also described by the eye witnesses as a bearded man of north African descent.
The attack took place three days after the grisly murder of a British serviceman Drummer Lee Rigby outside a barracks in the Woolwich area of London.
