Damascus: In the 16th month of uprising in Syria, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that his county is “in a state of war”.
Assad said this during discussion that took place in a meeting between Syrian President and new Cabinet members which were sworn in on Tuesday.
"We live in a real state of war from all angles. When we are in a war, all policies and all sides and all sectors need to be directed at winning this war," Assad said.
