Rome: A special court in Milan on Friday held three associates of ex-Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi guilty of procuring under-age prostitutes during infamous "bunga bunga" parties at his villa.
According to BBC news, Emilio Fede, Lele Mora and Nicole Minetti were the associates of Bulrusconi who were found guilty and have been given jail sentences of between five and seven years.
However, there are two more levels of appeal before the sentence would become final.
Dozens of showgirls have described sex parties that young women were paid to attend at Berlusconi`s villa in Arcore near Milan.
Earlier on 24 June 2013, Silvio Berlusconi was sentenced to seven years in prison and prohibited from public office for life after being found guilty of paying a teenager for sex during his "bunga bunga" parties.
The 76-year-old paid underage Moroccan teenager Karima El Mahroug, nicknamed Ruby the heart-stealer, for sex and then tried to cover it up with phone calls to police when she was arrested for alleged theft.
However, both Berlusconi and the alleged Moroccan call-girl at the center of the scandal have denied ever having sex.
The woman had told a courtroom earlier that she had previously lied to investigators about raunchy parties hosted by the billionaire tycoon.
The Prosecutors were seeking a six-year jail term for underage sex and abuse of power but a Milan court handed the ex-Italian PM a longer sentence of seven years.
