Jerusalem: Two Israeli soldiers were killed in Gaza fighting on Friday, taking the total number of military deaths since the start of ground operations there to 37.
"Yesterday evening two Israel Defence Forces soldiers were killed in combat in the Gaza Strip," an army statement said.
