Hanoi: Four people reportedly died after Typhoon Kai-Tak struck northern Vietnam on late Friday.
Several areas faced high winds and flooding because of the typhoon, as per reports.
Rescue operations continued in the area with the Vietnamese Army helped stranded civilians with the help of boats and helicopters.
