Dubai: Ice Land Water Park, complete with the world`s largest man-made waterfall, will open its doors to the public on September 29 in the UAE`s Ras Al Khaimah.

The hotly-anticipated ice-themed water park, managed by Polo RAK Amusement is a joint venture between India`s Polo Amusement Group, RAK Properties and RAK Investment Authority (RAKIA).

The park, which has come up with an investment of USD 100 million, is inspired by the theme of global warming and penguins finding a new homeland in the coastal waters of the Arabian Gulf.
The park is spread across an 110,000 square metre area, packing an array of unique attractions including the world`s largest man-made water fall and rain dance pool along with over 50 exhilarating water slides and rides.

It is designed to accommodate over 10,000 guests daily.
