Nairobi: The reports of mass graves being found in South Sudan are incorrect, the United nations mission in South Sudan has reportedly stated.

The denial was made after the report of mass graves with around 75 bodies being found in Bentiu, Unity State, was issued by the UN Commissioner for Human Rights office, as per an international news agency news report.
The toll was later decreased to 34 bodies from 75 people.

The United Nations Mission in the South Sudan (UNMISS) has said that actual incident was the death of 15 people who were killed in a `skirmish`, the report stated.
UNMISS is now investigating the deaths.
