US: Joe Biden leaves 2016 door open
US Vice President Joe Biden suggested that he and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton might contest as a team.
Washington: US Vice President Joe Biden on Sunday left open the possibility that he might run for the White House in 2016, suggesting that he and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton might contest as a team.
"I think we may run as team. I`m only joking, obviously, I don`t know. I don`t know whether I`m going to run, and Hillary doesn`t know whether she`s going to run," Biden told the NBC News in an interview.
"Who is more likely to run for president in 2016 -- you or Secretary Clinton?" was the question he was responding to.
Biden said US President Barack Obama has achieved a lot on the economic front.
