Bodh Gaya: Even after three days, the investigators have failed to make much headway in the Mahabodhi Temple serials blasts case probe. Reports, Wednesday, said that the investigators are still groping in the dark and are yet to achieve a breakthrough to proceed in the blast case probe. The National Investigating Agency (NIA), which detained four people yesterday on grounds of suspicion, allowed them to go back home today after questioning them in connection with the blasts. The four persons, including three men and a woman, had checked in a hotel, close to the Mahabodhi Temple at 4 am and checked out at 6:30 am on Sunday. The blasts at the Mahabodhi temple took place around 5.30 am on Sunday. The hotel in which they stayed later shared the identities of the four people with the investigators. Importantly, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde visited the heritage site this morning. Their visit came a day after BJP president Rajnath Singh and other party leaders toured the temple and slammed the Central government for failing to tackle terror. The Bodh Gaya temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is where the Buddha, who was born in neighbouring Nepal, attained enlightenment around 2,500 years ago. With IANS inputs
