Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married on April 20, 2007 in a gala wedding ceremony attended by the who’s who in the film industry.

Mumbai: One of Bollywood’s most adorable real-life couples - Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan – has completed 10 years of marriage today! As man and wife, Abhi and Ash have inspired young hearts to enter matrimony by being with each other through thick and thin.

The couple got married on April 20, 2007 in a gala wedding ceremony attended by the who’s who in the film industry.

The marriage took place in a ceremony organised at Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow, Prateeksha, in Juhu. The couple has been blessed with a daughter, whom they have named Aaradhya.

Before entering matrimony, Aishwarya and Abhishek worked in films like ‘Dhai Akshar Prem Ke’,  ‘Kuch Na Kaho’, ‘Umrao Jaan’, ‘Guru’, ‘Dhoom 2’ and then teamed up for ‘Sarkaar Raj’ and ‘Raavan’ post marriage.
