Mumbai: Ranveer Singh is a flamboyant in the truest sense. The bundle of energy and an enigmatic artiste, Ranveer is carefree, chilled-put and outgoing! He has least inhibitions expressing himself. The hunk of an actor, who wowed moviegoers by his spellbinding performance in Padmaavat, displayed a slice of bromance for his co-star Jim Sarbh.
The Lootera of a million hearts reacted to Jim’s latest Insta post to take his off-screen chemistry to another level.
Jim posted a still from the Sanjay Leela Bhansali with a caption that read: “Aur kuch? @filmpadmaavat @vroonstermonster. ‘Nothing Burns Like the Cold (feat. Vince Staples)’ by Snoh Aalegra (sic).”
Check out Ranveer’s reaction here:
For the unversed, Ranveer essayed Alauddin Khilji while Jim Sarbh essayed the character of Malik Kafur, his slave-general. Ranveer’s avatar as Khilji stole the show. His beast-like personality was intriguing and his performance as Khilji was captivating.
Jim played a pivotal role in the film and shared screen space with him more than anyone else.
Ranveer and Jim shared a terrific chemistry as Khilji and Kafur in the film which was in the eye of storm ever since it went on floors. Also starring Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavati and Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh, Padmaavat has minted over Rs 260 crores at the Box Office.
Inspired by 16th century Sufi poet Malik Muhammed Jayasi’s Padmavat, Bhanslai’s film also features Aditi Rao Hydari as Mehr-un-nisa and Raza Murad as Jalaluddin Khilji.
