According to Times Of India, the actor received a number of heart-wrenching, mournful messages from fans as a hoax about his death had spread like wild fire.
Hitting back at it, Remo came up with a witty and sassy reply. On his Facebook page, the singer shared a post which read, “'RIP' - 'Rocking In Porto'.
Reportedly, the death hoax about Remo started doing the rounds on Sunday and became viral on WhatsApp. However, Remo is not the first one to fall prey to such hoax, famous celebrities such as Dilip Kumar, Britney Spears etc too have been a victim.
