Sonakshi Sinha turns 30: The actress who 'looted' our hearts as Pakhi!

New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha who made her Bollywood debut in a rather 'Dabangg' style opposite the Salman Khan,  turned a year older today. Sonakshi who is known for her roles in 'masala' movies like 'Rowdy Rathore', 'Dabangg-2', 'Bullet Raja' and much more. Somewhere between all these, Sonakshi's role in 'Lootera' stole the show.

Vikramaditya Motwane's 'Lootera' starring Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh showcased Junior Shotgun in an all new light.

The 'Dabangg' girl was seen doing something that was different and very soothing. The movie was inspired by O.Henry's 'The Last Leaf' and Sonakshi played the role of 'Pakhi Roy', a Bengali girl who lives with her father.

Sonakshi's portrayal of 'Pakhi' was deep and vulnerable. The character was so beautifully played that we couldn't help but root for her (Pakhi).

Pakhi's emotions were so nicely brought to the screen by Sonakshi, as though she brought the character to life.

'Lootera' is the unsung hero in Sonakshi's life and we hope that she continues to do films like that.
