Vinod Khanna's health update: Dad is doing better, says son Akshaye

New Delhi: Ever since a shocking picture of an ailing Vinod Khanna went viral on the social media, his fans and well-wishers have been extremely concerned about his health. And, thankfully, the 70-year-old star is reportedly on the road to recovery.

It is being said that his son Akshaye Khanna confirmed the same to a media house. "Dad is doing better," the 'Border' hunk texted SpotboyE. Well, this conformation must have comforted Khanna's fans.

Vinod, a sitting Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Gurdaspur district of Punjab, was admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre in Girgaon, Mumbai on March 31 this year.

He has featured in films like 'Mere Apne', 'Insaaf' and 'Amar, Akbar, Anthony'.
