Superstar Prabhas played the lead role of Amarendra Baahubali while Rana Daggubati essayed the role of the main antagonist - Bhallaladeva.

The blockbuster film, which set the cash registers ringing worldwide, also stars Ramya Krishnan (as Shivagami Devi), Sathyaraj (as Kattappa), Nasser (as Bijjaladeva), Anushka Shetty (as Devasena) and Tamannaah Bhatia (as Avantika).
