Rs 27 lakh looted from SBI branch in Raipur
Raipur: Dacoits on Tuesday looted Rs 27 lakh
from a State Bank of India (SBI) branch here, police said.
Five armed masked men entered the SBI branch in the
busy Pandari area this afternoon and escaped with Rs 27 lakh,
Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar said.
The dacoits also snatched the bags and mobile phones
of the customers present in the branch and damaged the CCTV
installed in the premises, he said.
A manhunt has been launched to nab the criminals,
Kumar added.
