Meenakshi temple gets ISO certification
Madurai: The Meenakshi Sundareswarar temple
here, famous for its sculptural beauty and towers, has
received ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The certification was given for providing high quality
services in terms of safety, security and maintaining
cleanliness in the temple premises, Temple Executive Officer R
Padmanabhan said.
He said that the temple management had taken steps to
ensure that its quality management system was in compliance
with the ISO norms.
