Five robbers arrested in Bulandshahar

Bulandshahar : Police on Wednesday claimed to
have busted two robbers' gangs with the arrest of five
burglars.
Acting on a tip-off that some robbers are holed up in a
house in Khurja district's Gangathala village, police raided
the building.

On seeing police, the criminals fired at the team which
also retaliated. The cross-firing lasted for about half-an-
hour after which Ompaal alias Hukari and his four gang members
Inderjeet, Rahul and Sanjay were arrested, SSP RKS Rathore
said.

Ompaal was carrying a cash reward of Rs 5,000 on his head
and he was leading a gang of 17 members, he said.
In another incident, police arrested Babli, a member of
another robbers' gang.
Meanwhile, a man was arrested for murdering his friend on
October 24, police said.
