Kim Jong-un seeks steel discipline among military Pyongyang: The Democratic People's Republic of Korea's leader Kim Jong-un pointed to importance of exercise in conditions close to fighting.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Sunday that Kim Jong-un had visited a major military unit No 671. According the KCNA, the commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA), the supreme leader of the party and the state also made valuable orders to improve level of ideological education of soldiers and officers there and to create "an atmosphere of military discipline of steel”.

Earlier, he inspected two military units, including an aviation unit. He thanked pilots for good training, which they had demonstrated during military exercises. He also expressed confidence that the personnel will increase the combat readiness "on the basis of the Korean tactic aviation fighting”, so that "even at the expense of their lives to ensure protection of blue sky over the socialist motherland”.

Kim Jong-un was photographed with the pilots. On January 01, Kim Jong-un visited a tank division. After completion of the activities in connection with death of Kim Jong Il, the Workers' Party of the DPRK announced him officially the supreme commander. The participants endorsed the decision applauded.

According North Korea's portal Uriminzokkiri, Kim Jong-un has all qualities of an outstanding military leader and for a long time "has been striking fear" of the DPRK's enemies.
