Delhi's women's helpline breaks down
New Delhi: The Delhi government's 181 helpline for women in distress broke down for a few hours Wednesday, a Delhi government official said.
"Disruption in telecommunication lines around ITO affected the helpline. It will resume at the earliest," the official said.
