Body of unidentified girl recovered in Assam

Guwahati: The body of an unidentified girl, suspected to have been raped and killed, was found from a river in Assam's Golaghat district on Wednesday, police said.

The mouth, hands and legs of the girl was tied and the body put in a sack was dumped in River Mora Dhansiri near No:2 Bohikhowat village under Bokakhat subdivision.
