Black holes may have back doors to other parts of universe: Study

New Delhi: Black holes are the most fascinating and strangest objects in the universe. It is scientifically proven that even light can't escape the grip of their powerful gravitational force. Until now, no matter has actually survived the trip through the black hole.

But a recent study suggests that black holes may have back doors that transfer matter to another parts of the universe. Researchers at the Institute of Corpuscular Physics suggests that matter might in fact survive its foray into these space objects and come out the other side, according to The Science Explorer.

They suggest that matter that gets sucked into black hole might survive and escape out the other side of universe. For this theory researchers implemented new geometric elements and came up with a way of describing wormholes where the center is tiny spherical surface.

According to the study, this surface is a sign that wormhole exists within a black hole. The study published in Classical and Quantum Gravity showed that if a traveler enters a black hole, they would be "spaghettified," which allows entry into a wormhole. Once they exit the wormhole, however, they would return to their normal size.
