New Delhi: The International Space Station has captured a jaw-dropping video of Hurricane Matthew from space as it flew over the massive storm Monday afternoon.
The ISS spied on the potentially deadly hurricane from a safe orbiting altitude of 250 miles (400 kilometers) using the lab's onboard, Earth-viewing cameras. ISS astronauts then tweeted the video shortly afterward, according to Space.com.
The intense churns and swirls of hurricane, which you are about to watch in the video below, will give you a clear idea of how terrifying this Category 4 storm really is.
Currently, the massive Caribbean storm is heading towards Haiti, Cuba and Jamaica.
