New Delhi: Science enthusiasts can expect a lot more of new breakthroughs from NASA in the coming days. As per NASA, the agency's researchers will present new findings on a wide range of Earth and space science topics at the annual meeting of the American Geophysical Union which is being held from December 12-16 in San Francisco.

The briefings can be watched online live on the agency’s website.

NASA briefing topics include: new global satellite views of Earth’s flowing ice sheets and glaciers; the latest discoveries made by the Mars Curiosity rover; the impact of climate change on animal populations around the world; and new results from NASA’s Dawn spacecraft orbiting the dwarf planet Ceres.

Agency scientists, and their colleagues who use NASA research capabilities, also will present noteworthy findings during scientific sessions that are open to registered media.

NASA says media registration is open for the event, which will be held at the Moscone Convention Center at 747 Howard St.
