Tyson Chandler had 20 points, 13 rebounds and four steals as the Dallas Mavericks defeated Philadelphia 110-103, sending the struggling 76ers to their 16th straight loss on Saturday.

Philadelphia is now just two losses away from tying the 2009-10 New Jersey Nets (0-18) for the worst start to a National Basketball Association season.

Monta Ellis finished with 18 points and five assists and Chandler Parsons tallied 17 points, six rebounds and six assists for Dallas, which has won three in a row and nine of its last 11 contests.

Michael Carter-Williams recorded 18 points, a career-high 16 assists and 10 rebounds, while K.J. McDaniels delivered 21 points for the Sixers, who set a franchise record with their 16th straight defeat to start a year.

The 1972-73 Sixers began 0-15 en route to setting the NBA record for fewest wins in a season with nine.
