Madonna nothing but a friend, says Jesus Luz

Washington, May 27: Rumours of Madonna and her alleged toyboy Jesus Luz set to tie the knot have fallen flat after the Brazilian model tagged the singer "nothing but a friend".The two first met in December last year at a photoshoot for W magazine, which depicted them in a string of provocative snaps, just days before the Queen of Pop put an official seal on her divorce with Guy Ritchie.

The pair had since then been photographed hopping the world, sparking romance rumours and a wedding in a Kabbalah commitment ceremony. But the 22-year-old has now blasted the claims, insisting the 50-year-old superstar is just a friend whom he admires. "She is someone I truly admire, a friend who is in my life, who I have worked with, and who I keep in touch with," Contactmusic quoted him as saying on Brazilian TV show Fantastico. “I can`t say anything else besides that. She is a friend, and nothing but a friend,” he added. Luz further said he was least bothered about being tagged as the diva’s toyboy. He added: "Actually I have never cared about what other people say about me because if I let people`s negativity enter my life then I will not be able to stay focused and follow my path." ANI
