New Delhi: Virat Kohli is currently the most sought after cricketer in the Team India camp.

It is no secret that Kohli's exploits on the pitch and his style statements off it have led to a surge in his female fan following.

The Indian team is always surrounded by fans during practice and travel, but the women contingent among them reserves its special attention for the stylish right-hander.

A similar sight was witnessed in Adelaide on Monday as the players prepared for their 1st T20I of the series against Australia.

Only this time, the women who wanted to take pictures with Kohli were not fans but members of the national cricket team.

According to a report in the Indian Express, some of the girls in the team were star struck as they met India's Test captain for the first time.

The women's team is also in Australia at the moment to play three T20s and two ODIs against the hosts.

However not all of them wanted to selfies though, skipper Mithali Raj was engrossed in a discussion with fielding coach of the men's team R Sridhar.

“They (men) have come before us and played five ODIs. So we got some valuable inputs from Kohli on how to play the rising ball and deal with the bounce,” Mithali told IE.
