New York: Late King of Pop Michael Jackson`s doctors are unlikely to face homicide charges, according to reports.A senior law enforcement source familiar with the case said that doctors ordered to hand over the singer`s medical records were not suspects.
"There`s nothing I have been told that would suggest a murder charge. It`s just so remote and so unsupported by the facts as they`ve been gathered," a news daily quoted the source as having said. However, the source added that other possible counts against the experts had been considered, if they administered the potentially lethal drug Propofol to the star. Vesna Maras, a former Los Angeles County deputy district lawyer who prosecuted a Propofol case five years ago, said that proving the cause of death would be not be an easy task. She said: "Assuming you can show Propofol is in blood, you still have a long road to get to prosecuting." ANI
