Mumbai: B-town newbie Anushka Sharma made a dream debut with ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ opposite Bollywood’s King Khan – Shah Rukh Khan – stuff of which dreams are made of! For any debutant, working with YRF and SRK is a huge high. Indeed, it is a lifetime opportunity to work with the stalwarts of Bollywood.
However, according to latest B-town news, buzz has it that Anuskha, who had signed a three film contract with YRF, now wants to end the contract as soon as possible in order to sign films with other banners.
Presently, Anuskha is shooting for Parmeet Sethi’s untitled directorial venture opposite Shahid Kapur. This is Anuskha’s second film with YRF as a part of her three films contract.
If sources are to be believed, Anuskha is getting jittery and is in great rush to end the contract so as to take on more acting assignments. With Anushka and Shahid shooting in Hyderabad, director Parmeet is shooting at a breakneck speed as the actress expressed her great desire to wrap up the schedule as quickly as possible.
"Parmeet plans to finish the film without any break. It also works for Anushka, who plans to get straight into her third and final film with the banner, as soon as this one wraps", suggests a source.
When contacted, Anuskha’s spokesperson said, "Anushka is happy with her Yashraj contract. She is free to do films outside the banner. She dislikes talking about projects that are in the pipeline and will talk about them when they hit the floor."
