Christian Bale is obsessed with knowing about guns

London, May 22: "The Dark Knight" star Christian Bale says he is obsessed about knowing the guns "very well" before using them in a film so that it looks more authentic."I always get quite tedious about knowing my gun very well. It can be frustrating to directors because I look at my weapon and say, `Ok, I can shoot this many rounds and then I`ll have to reload. I sort of insist on doing it," the femalefirst.co.uk quoted the "Terminator Salvation" star as saying.

The 35-year-old actor also admitted that "Terminator Salvation" director McG was particularly annoyed with his scrupulous behaviour because it took production staff longer to edit the scenes. "McG would sort of roll his eyes because when in the editing room they just cut out all my reloading and make it seem I`ve shot a hundred rounds from a gun that should only take 16. But it`s important to me," he said. IANS
