London: Middle-order batsman Ian Bell believes England’s current one-day side deserves to be hailed as one of the best this country has ever produced.
“Performances over the past 12 months have been outstanding against all the teams in the world,” the Daily Mail quoted Bell, as saying.
“The confidence from that will spread into the Test match squad and hopefully, when I come back into the squad myself, it will be easier to get into the swing of things. Andrew Strauss and Andy Flower work really hard with us and we’re a good unit,” he added.
“We’ve got a lot of selfless cricketers and I think that’s exactly what Andy Flower wants. Everyone is working hard and wants to do well and at the moment it’s fantastic,” Bell said.
