New Delhi: Bangladesh's wicketkeeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim faced severe criticism on social-media recently after he made fun of the Indian cricket team after their loss against West Indies.

Soon after MS Dhoni-led India lost their semi-final encounter against Darren Sammy and his boys in ICC World Twenty20, Rahim took to Twitter and wrote, "Happiness is this....!!!!!! #ha ha ha...!!!! India lost in the semifinal."

The post did not go down too well with the Indian fans who were distraught after their team's defeat.

Facing a severe backlash for his distasteful post, the 27-year-old not only deleted his tweet but also apologized soon after.

This time around, Rahim is back in news after he congratulated West Indies women's team for defeating Australia in the World Twenty20 final.

Even though there was nothing wrong with referring to the female players as 'guys', Twitterati wasn't bothered about the details of English grammar and they trolled him once again.
