Sienna Miller wanted for role of blind Oxford University don

Sienna Miller is reportedly set to be offered the role of a blind Oxford University don.

London, May 10: English actress Sienna Miller is reportedly set to be offered the role of a blind Oxford University don. Miller, 27, is being seen as the perfect choice by Shamim Sarif, the screenwriter of the film ‘Dreaming Spires’, for the role of a don who is blinded during the Second World War.
“We need an English rose type,” the Telegraph quoted her as saying at the premiere of her film ‘The World Unseen’, at Bafta in Piccadilly. “I would love it if Sienna could play the role of the professor. That would be fantastic,” she added. ‘Dreaming Spires’, which is due to go into production later this year, is about a professor who returns to Oxford after the war and falls in love with a male American student. The film will be the first non-Sapphic love story by Sarif, who has a son with her civil partner, Hanan Kattan. Asked whether she had an actor in mind for the male lead, she laughed. “It’s not really my area,” she stated. ANI
