Moss recommends rock chick diet to Lily

Kate Moss and Lily Allen are fans of the `Rock Chick` diet.

London: Celebrity best friends, supermodel Kate Moss and singer Lily Allen who are currently holidaying together in St Tropez are fans of the `Rock Chick` diet. The diet which comprises of coffee, cigarettes, vodka and champagne is the secret behind Moss` waif like figure and she has now put best friend Allen on the same, reported a news website.

The `Smile` singer whose weight has yo-yoed over the years is sporting a trim figure thanks to the new eating habit. "Kate`s been telling her to try the `rock chick` diet, coffee, cigarettes, vodka and champagne, which are relatively low in calories," a friend of the supermodel revealed. The glamorous pair strolled the beaches of Southern France with Allen, wearing a blue strapless bikini top and white shorts, looking as trim as the 35-year-old Moss. The supermodel has been holidaying in St Tropez all week along with a group of friends including Yves Saint Laurent designer Stefano Pilati and boyfriend Jamie Hince, guitarist for The Kills.
