London: Supermodel Sophie Dahl who played a NRI girl in Piyush Jha`s debut film `King of Bollywood` is all set to tie the knot with jazz pianist Jamie Cullum after months of secret planning. The couple, who were engaged in March, are expected to marry at Hunton Park estate in July next year, a news daily reported.
The 31-year-old supermodel, granddaughter of famous writer Roald Dahl, had stirred a controversy in 2000 after posing nude on black satin, which was banned later. Remarking on the height difference between them, Dahl had said that they would maybe mean they produce average-sized children". Dahl is 5ft 11 while her fiance is 5ft 4. "We happen to be two people who met, fell madly in love and will probably produce fairly average-sized children, hopefully with his more elegant feet, not mine," Dahl had said. The wedding gala was initially planned for January but was postponed in the wake of Cullum`s prior commitments on the professional front. "The couple originally thought of January but with Jamie’s new album and tour, it is looking more like a summer affair," a source said. Bureau Report
