New Delhi: As a mark of respect to the victims of horrific flyover tragedy in Kolkata, four finalists of the 2016 ICC World Twenty are requested to wear black arm-bands during Sunday's title clashes at Eden Gardens.

"We have requested the teams to wear black arm-bands," former India captain and Cricket Association of Bengal president Sourav Ganguly said on Friday.

At least 24 persons have lost their lives and several others critically injured after an under construction flyover collapsed in North Kolkata near Ganesh Talkies on Thursday.

The location of the bridge is in a densely populated locality in Barabazar.

In the women's final, West Indies will take on defending champions Australia. It will be followed by men's final between England and West Indies.

Yesterday, the Windies shocked the hosts with a seven-wicket win at Wankhede Stadium.

Besides, a five-minute documentary on former BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya will also be shown on Sunday.
