New Delhi: The sixth edition of the ICC World Twenty20 tournament is set to start from March 8 in India, and a total of 19 players find themselves representing their nations, for the equal amount of number.

Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, alongside Rohit Sharma and Yuvraj Singh, are among the 19 cricketers who are set to feature in their sixth successive tourney, that started in 2007.

The first five T20 events of the ICC were staged in South Africa, England, West Indies, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

We look at the 19 players who are playing their sixth consecutive World Cup in the shortest format.

Bangladesh: Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (c), Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur Rahim.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (c), Rohit Sharma and Yuvraj Singh.

West Indies: Dwayne Bravo, Chris Gayle and Denesh Ramdin.

New Zealand: Ross Taylor and Nathan McCullum.

South Africa: AB de Villiers and JP Duminy.

Sri Lanka: Tillakaratne Dilshan and Lasith Malinga.

Pakistan: Shahid Afridi.

Australia: Shane Watson.

Meanwhile, in the women's section a total of 29 players are making their fifth straight apperance in the mega event.
