BCCI mulls over naming upcoming India-England Test series after Pataudi

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said on Tuesday that it is mulling over naming the upcoming home Test match series against England after late legendary captain and batsman Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, said Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Shukla.

Shukla, who is also vice president of the Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI), said the matter was under consideration. "I think the matter is in the domain of the BCCI president and the BCCI working committee. They will have to look at several aspects before arriving at any decision. I think the matter is under consideration," Shukla told reporters in New Delhi. Pataudi`s wife Sharmila Tagore and his son Saif Ali Khan had requested for it. ANI
