Collingwood get the jitters ahead of Dharamsala ODI

Former England skipper Paul Collingwood today joked that he might need to buy a "snow suit" for the final ODI between India and England to be held at Dharamsala where there is a forecast of snowfall.

Mohali: Former England skipper Paul Collingwood today joked that he might need to buy a "snow suit" for the final ODI between India and England to be held at Dharamsala where there is a forecast of snowfall.
Located in the foothills of the Himalayas, 1317 metres above sea level, Dharamsala was selected as the last venue for the five-match series but with temperature dropping to sub-zero, hosting the fifth ODI there remains a concern. "Think I`ll need my snow suit for Dharamsala #freezing #IndvEng," tweeted Collingwood today. "Shopping trip needed before Dharamsala then! #snowcricket Might try to do the pitch report with an ice pick," joked the 36-year-old, who is here as ESPN-Star Sports TV expert. In the morning today, Collingwood had tweeted: "It was a tad nippy this morning I have to say, should have packed my Barbour jacket #underclubbed #IndvEng." Collingwood also praised the young Joe Root, who scored an unbeaten 57 off 45 balls laced with eight fours and a six to take England to 257 in the fourth one-dayer at the PCA Stadium here. "No matter what happens in this series, @joeroot05 has made his mark on International cricket. What a find," he tweeted. PTI
