‘Struggling’ Harbhajan Singh seeks help from mentor Sachin TendulkarZeenews Sports Bureau

Mohali: Harbhajan Singh was included for the series against Australia at the cost of in-form spinner Pragyan Ojha. But as he continues to struggle in the ongoing Test series, the off-spinner seeked some help from his mentor Sachin Tendulkar.

According to a report published in a leading English daily, the Little Master asked Bhajji to wait after the nets session at Mohali. While the rest of the team headed towards the dressing room, Tendulkar asked for a stump. He then asked The Turbanator to bowl at the stump.

Harbhajan then bowled a few deliveries aiming at the single stump placed by Tendulkar after which Tendulkar told the 32-year-old how to improve his grip on the ball. The advice worked as Harbhajan bowled once again, this time with much more spin.

Now in case if Harbhajan comes up with a formidable performance at his home ground in Mohali in the ongoing third Test against Australia, we know who is the first person he will thank.
