New Delhi: Indian bowling legend Anil Kumble on Monday wished the Indian cricket team ahead of their crucial tour to Australia and said that batting well in the first 20 overs will be the key to success.

In a tweet on micro-blogging site Twitter, Kumble said that apart from batting, bowling between 20 to 80 overs will also be crucial.

Notably, India were pummelled 4-0 on their last tour to Australia.

India will play the first Test against Australia at Brisbane starting from December 4. Virat Kohli will lead the side for the first Test, as regular skipper MS Dhoni has been rested due to a wrist injury.

The 26-year-old will become India`s 32nd Test captain.
