New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has lately revolutionised Hindi commentary with his catchy pun-liners and desi humour from the commentary box. The Nazafgarh ka Sultan, who has single-handedly increased the TRP of Hindi commentary, entertained thousands of fans with his unmatchable commentary during three-match Test series between India and New Zealand.
Apart from entertaining his fans from the commentary box, without a doubt, Viru is the most famous Indian cricketer on Twitter – where he has been praised for his sense of humour. Sehwag not only wishes cricketers from across the globe on their birthdays, but also raises his voice against important issues.
As the five-match ODI series between India and New Zealand kicked off on Sunday, fans were keen to know whether Viru will be a part of the commentary team or not. The curiosity increased when Sehwag wasn't seen during the pre-match presentation.
