India, who recently lost the home Test series against England, were once again out classed in all departments of the game by their arch-rivals. In this match however, the Indian bowlers need some appreciation for the way they brought India back into the game and not to forget, the fielding from India, was outstanding. Dhoni said at the post match conference that the fielders saved almost 20-22 runs, which proved to be handy. After the Indian batsmen failed once again, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar struck twice initially that sent Pakistan on the back foot. Dhoni was adjudged the Man of the Match for leading his side to victory and also for being the highest scorer for India in the third ODI (36). ==================================================================================== PAKISTAN: Overs: 48.5 II Score: 157/10 (Irfan 0*) Ishant starts with an over pitched ball which Hafeez smashes straight down the ground. Raina fields the ball after a little fumble. No run taken. Hafeez charges down the track and Ishant bowls it wide. This is a good shot from Hafeez who opens the face of the bat and the ball goes for a four. Hafeez pulls the next one for two runs. Good length ball from Ishant and Hafeez crashes between mid off and mid wicket for a four. Comedy of errors here. Ishant bowls one over Hafeez’s waist which leads to some confusion among the batsmen and it could have been a run out but Ishant makes a mess of it. India will be very disappointed with their performance. India could not build a decent partnership and the middle order looked completely out of ideas.Dhoni was the top scorer for the Indians with 36 runs followed by Jadeja who scored 27. Pakistan will be very satisfied with their performance. Ajmal was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 5/24.
