Chennai: Chennai Super Kings have again proved that they are big-match team by posting a 190/3 in their allotted 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders in the all-important finals of the IPL 2012.
On a wicket which is not totaly condusive to batting, their opening pair of Mike Hussey and Murali Vijay has scored 87 runs off just 10.2 overs.
Though Vijay got out for a 32-ball 42, Mike Hussey scored 43-ball 54.
But it was Suresh Raina who made all the difference. Coming at No. 3, he made 73 runs off just 38 balls.
Though at one point of time they looked all set to post over 200 but some good bowling at the end helped KKR restrict CSK to 193/3.
