New Delhi: The ball was in Rajasthan’s court till the 18th over, they had dominated in the game for 38 overs. The Royals needed just 15 runs from the last 12 balls and it was Morne Morkel’s penultimate over that changed around things for the Delhi Daredevils as they registered an incredible 1-run win over the visitors at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground.
07:24 pm 20th over: 151/3 Yadav to bowl the last over. Rajasthan need 12 runs off the next five balls. And the first ball is a DOT BALL! Rahane manages a single towards mid-off, and his bat is broken into two pieces! Owais Shah is the new batsman. 11 needed from 4 balls. Just a single taken as Shah fails to hit a big one. Rajasthan need 10 from the last 3 balls. Rahane clears the deep backward point boundary for a MASSSSIVVEE SIXXXXX! In form Rahane has hit the right shot at the right time! Rahane hits the next ball towards square leg for couple. 2 needed off the last ball. A draw will produce a super over. AND DELHI HAVE REGISTERED AN INCREDIBLE WIN!! Rahane failed to make contact and he ran for a bye and Shah was run-out.

The next ball is a swing and a miss as Rahane charges down the track and fails to make contact. Another yorker by Morkel and Rahane plays it for a single. The next ball is dot ball. Hodge takes a couple off the fifth ball. Last ball, Morkel has picked up the wicket of Hodge who is caught plump in front of the wicket! Hodge gets into action, clobbers Morkel over extra-cover for a BOUNDARY! Morkel follows it with a yorker and Hodge plays it back to the bowler. Hodge ends the over with a single.

Sehwag once again played a captain’s knock as he smashed 63 runs from just 39 balls. He now has the orange cap and he also became the first cricketer in IPL history to have scored 4 consecutive fifties. Rajasthan need 152 runs to win and they have the batting line-up required to chase it.
05:36 pm 20th over: 152/6 Amit Singh to bowl the last over. Nagar scores a DLF MAXIMUM off the first ball! Nagar fails to make a contact with the second ball as he tries to create too much room for himself. Nagar comes down the wicket as a leading edge goes to third-man for a boundary!
