New Delhi: The deadline for Siddharth Mallya to apologise for casting aspersions on Zohal Hameed’s character on Twitter after the later had accused cricketer of Luke Pomersbach of molesting her has ended and there has been no response from the Jr Mallaya's side yet.
The victim had slapped a legal notice after approaching the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) complaining about Siddharth`s tweets after the arrest of Luke Pomersbach, who plays for Royal Challengers in IPL, on charges of molesting her and attacking her fiance Sahil Peerzada in a five-star hotel. The RCB team director was given a 48-hour deadline to apologise for his remarks.
Soon after the accusations, Siddharth had tweeted `The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her `fiance`...what a load of f*****g shit. She was all over me last night and asked for me (sic) bbm pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn`t exactly behaving like a future wife`
