New Delhi: Thanks to the all-round performance of the Sunrisers Hyderabad, David Warner-led franchise is holding 2nd spot in the ninth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL), with six wins in nine games.
Apart from their top-order batsmen, especially the openers - Warner and Shikhar Dhawan - SRH's fast bowlers too played a major role to make the franchise a strong contender to enter the qualifiers.
In fast bowling arsenal they have star performers in Ashish Nehra, Bhuvnehswar Kumar and Mustafizur Rahman.
The trio has worked wonders for Hyderabad thus far.
But out of the three, one bowler who is already in demand for the next season of Australian T20 league is Bangladeshi seamer Mustafizur.
As per few media reports, Mustafizur, 20, is emerging out as a player in demand among all the seven Big Bash League (BBL) teams.
Melbourne Renegades are hoping to rope in sensation Mustafizur as their director Tom Moody is currently the coach of Hyderabad.
Hence, Moody is expected to be a big influence on the bowler’s selection. “To be fair, we probably need an overseas bowler,” quoted the Renegades coach David Saker.
BBL title holders, Sydney Thunder might also having a close look at the bowler in IPL as their team manager Mike Hussey is doing commentary on the IPL.
