Over 1 || 13/0 (Warner 8; Dhawan 5)

Surprise from Watson. Deepak Hooda was asked to open the bowling for the Royals and the off-break bowler conceded 13 runs with David Warner hitting him for back-to-back fours to end the over. Earlier in the over Shikhar Dhawan hit him for a four off the second delivery.

TOSS: Shane Watson won the toss and asked Sunrisers Hyderabad to bat first at the Brabourne Stadium.

Rajasthan Royals were back to winning ways with their 14-run win against the Delhi Daredevils. Rahane was once again in superb form as he slammed 91 runs against DD. However, team management would want Shane Watson and Steven Smith to find some form and play crucial innings against SRH's quality bowling attack.

Bowling has been an area of concern for the Royals and they would want James Faulkner to gain some momentum as the Australian has been struggling after a good start to the season.

Sunrisers Hyderabad on the other hand, have failed to deliver as a unit and apart from David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan, none of the batsmen have managed to slam big knocks for the team. Moises Henriques form has been crucial in the last few games and the team management would want him to continue doing so.

The Boult vs Steyn conundrum has been another area of concern for the team management.
