New Delhi: Title holders Mumbai Indians crushed Kings XI Punjab at PCA stadium on Monday by 25 runs to win their 3rd match of the new season of Indian Premier League.

First, opener Parthiv Patel (81) and Ambati Rayudu (65) made solid fifties to help Mumbai put up a formidable total of 190.

And then, when Mumbai came to defend the total, their bowlers, specially pacers -- Time Southee, Mitchell McClenaghan and Jasprit Bumrah – shared seven wickets between them to take Mumbai home.
