Aamir to play Lal Bahadur Shastri in Manoj Kumar’s next?

Mumbai: If the latest B-town buzz is to be believed, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan will soon be seen playing Lal Bahadur Shastri in legendary actor/filmmaker Manoj Kumar’s next. According to a news daily, Aamir Khan is Manoj Kumar`s first choice to play the freedom fighter. Manoj ‘Bharat’ Kumar has been out of cinematic action for long now. Reports reveal that he had been working on a script for megastar Amitabh Bachchan, but wasn’t sure if Big B would be able to work in the project, taking into consideration his prior commitments. But now, the legendary filmmaker is apparently looking forward to a comeback, with a script based on the life of Lal Bahadur Shastri and he reportedly is really keen on roping in the perfectionist Aamir Khan in the venture. Let’s see if Aamir agrees to be Bollywood’s Lal Bahadur Shastri!
